Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every order of Gorilla Flow comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact our customer support team within 90 days of your order date for a full refund.

How To Request A Refund

1. Email support@getyourflowback.com with the subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout
3. Optional: tell us briefly why you are requesting a refund (this helps us improve, but it is not required for the refund)
4. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions
5. Return your bottles to the address we provide (even empty bottles are accepted)
6. Once your return is received, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

What Is Eligible

• Any bottle of Gorilla Flow purchased through ClickBank within the last 90 days
• Both opened and unopened bottles
• Even fully-used (empty) bottles — we want you to be able to try the full course risk-free

What Is Not Eligible

• Orders placed more than 90 days ago
• Products not purchased through our official site or authorized ClickBank link
• Products bought from third-party resellers (we cannot guarantee authenticity)

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so you can confirm delivery. For higher-value returns (3-bottle and 6-bottle orders), tracked shipping is strongly recommended.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return arrives at the address we provide, we process refunds within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Partial Refunds

If you ordered a multi-bottle package, you can return the unused bottles for a partial refund prorated based on the per-bottle cost of your original purchase.

Damaged Or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you — typically by sending a replacement.
