Shipping Within The United States

All orders are processed and shipped from the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1โ€“2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your package to your door.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. International rates, duties, and customs fees vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer. International orders may take 10โ€“21 business days depending on destination. Tracking is provided where available.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, typically followed by a tracking email within 1โ€“3 business days. If you do not see these emails, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as quickly as possible. We can change addresses only before the order has been packed for shipment (typically the same day or next business day). After shipment, address changes are not possible.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

  1. Check with neighbors and other members of your household
  2. Look for the package in less obvious places (porch, mailbox, near the back door)
  3. Contact your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx office with the tracking number
  4. If unresolved after 48 hours, contact us and we will investigate and replace if necessary

Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because no one was available to receive it after multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Customs & Duties (International)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery.
