All orders are processed and shipped from the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1โ2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your package to your door.
International shipping is available to select countries. International rates, duties, and customs fees vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer. International orders may take 10โ21 business days depending on destination. Tracking is provided where available.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, typically followed by a tracking email within 1โ3 business days. If you do not see these emails, check your spam folder first, then contact us.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as quickly as possible. We can change addresses only before the order has been packed for shipment (typically the same day or next business day). After shipment, address changes are not possible.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because no one was available to receive it after multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery.
